I'm a certified life coach, Human Design enthusiast, and mum of 2 - and I know what it’s like to keep everything running while secretly falling apart inside.
For years, I juggled the roles, followed the rules, and tried to do everything “right.” On the outside, things looked fine… but I felt disconnected, overwhelmed, and exhausted from always trying to be everything to everyone.
My own burnout didn't just change what I do - it changed how I understand what women like us actually need. And now I help other women reclaim their energy, reconnect with their inner truth, and create lives that actually feel like theirs.
